Nikhil Joshi

Nikhil Joshi is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in strategy and operations across various industries. Currently serving as Chief of Staff and SVP of Strategy & Corporate Development at Bonterra since April 2024, Nikhil leads strategic initiatives and corporate development efforts. Prior to this role, Nikhil spent three years at Cockroach Labs, helping to establish the strategy and operations function during a critical growth phase, significantly influencing revenue and corporate strategy. Nikhil's tenure at Google included roles as Global Head of Strategy & Operations for Financial Services and as the Strategy & Operations Lead for the Google News Initiative, contributing to substantial revenue growth and strategic planning. Earlier career experience includes positions at LendingClub and Obama for America. Nikhil holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Stanford University.
