Scott Brighton

Scott Brighton serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Bonterra since 2023, where the focus is on providing innovative technology solutions that empower nonprofits and socially responsible organizations to enhance fundraising and impact. Prior to Bonterra, Scott spent over a decade as the Chief Executive Officer of Aurea Software, leading the company to significant growth and profitability. Scott's extensive experience also includes roles as Board Advisor at Khoros, Chairman of the Board at Optiva Inc., and positions at update software AG, Artemis International, and Trilogy Software, among others. Education credentials include an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a BS in Computer Engineering from Bucknell University.
