Kate Rees

Kate Rees is a seasoned professional in strategy and performance with significant experience in the non-profit sector. Currently serving as the Strategy and Planning Lead at BookTrust since September 2023, Kate previously held various roles at NSPCC from January 2015 to September 2023, including Associate Head of Strategy and Performance, Senior Manager of Impact, and Senior Strategy Analyst. Prior experience includes the position of Strategy Implementation Manager at Plan International from May 2006 to December 2014 and earlier roles as a bookseller at Ottakar's and a Change Management Consultant at Accenture. Academically, Kate Rees holds an MA in Literature from The Open University and a BA (Hons) in English Literature from Durham University.
