Craig James is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in the leisure and entertainment industry. Currently serving as Group Operations Director at XP Factory, Boom: Battle Bar, and Escape Hunt since November 2021, Craig has a proven track record of operational excellence. Previously, Craig held the position of Head of Operations at Escape Hunt UK from October 2017 to November 2021, and Business Manager at Active Nation from November 2016 to October 2017. With earlier roles including General Manager at OCL, Centre Manager and Swim Well Manager at Trafford Leisure, and a diverse background in customer service and engineering, Craig brings a wealth of expertise to organizational leadership and development.
