Theo Walter is an experienced professional in the fields of marketing and hospitality. Currently serving as a Supervisor at BOOM BATTLE BAR since June 2022, Theo is part of the management team and holds a BIIAB Personal Licence. Previous roles include Marketing Campaign Manager, responsible for digital marketing and ad campaigns, and Social Media Manager at OCPR, focusing on social media growth and content strategy. Prior experience also includes a Bar Supervisor position at Mitchells & Butlers PLC, where Theo maintained high hospitality standards and trained staff. Additional roles involved sales at Pure Events Solutions and Dixons Carphone. Theo holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing with Psychology from Sheffield Hallam University, expected in May 2024.
