Stephanie Deubler Lazarski has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Stephanie is currently the Director of Operations at BOOM! Studios, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to that, Stephanie worked at H&M from 2008 to 2021, where they held multiple roles including Expansion Controller, Supply Chain Merchandiser/Controller, Merchandiser, and District Controller. In these roles, they oversaw various aspects of operations, achieved revenue growth, and collaborated with teams both domestically and internationally. Stephanie also worked as a Senior Planner at Hot Topic in 2007 and as a Planner at J.Crew from 2005 to 2006, where they demonstrated expertise in financial planning, inventory management, and sales forecasting. Their early career includes a role as a Senior Business Analyst at Target from 2003 to 2005.
Stephanie Deubler Lazarski completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University in 2003.
