Matt Jannings

Matt Jannings is an experienced professional in the fields of employment services and nonprofit leadership. Currently serving as Chief Program Officer at Boone Center, Inc. since September 2020, Matt also holds the position of Director of Competitive Employment and is the Young Professionals Co-Chair. Prior roles include Executive Recruiter at Jobplex from July 2019 to September 2020, and Director of Career Planning and Placement at The Center for Head Injury Services between March 2016 and July 2019. Matt's expertise extends back to positions such as Manager of Resource Development at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater St. Louis and various roles at The Center For Head Injury Services and the American Red Cross. Matt earned a Master of Arts in Nonprofit Leadership from Webster University and another Master of Arts in Communication from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, along with a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication from McKendree University.
