Bart Michel

Bart Michel has extensive experience in business automation and process management, currently serving as the Global Business Automation & Process Manager and Global Solution Architect & D2 Application Lead Operations at Boortmalt since November 2019. Prior to this role, Bart Michel was with Cargill from 1995 to November 2019, where responsibilities included leading SAP process implementation for the global malt business unit as a Global Business Process Manager Supply Chain, as well as driving continuous improvement initiatives and managing IT solutions across various regions. Bart Michel possesses a strong background in translating business requirements into effective processes and designs, complemented by an educational foundation from Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
