Yannick Verthongen

Yannick Verthongen is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, reporting, and auditing. Currently serving as the Group Financial Planning & Analysis Manager and Financial Reporting Manager at Boortmalt since October 2024, Yannick has previously held significant positions at Agfa as the Global Head Central FP&A Plan & Control Office and at Astara Western Europe as the Head of Controlling. Experience at Sibelco Group included various roles culminating in Director Finance Glass Recycling & Business Development. Earlier in Yannick's career, valuable auditing skills were developed at PwC, where responsibilities included leading audit teams for multinational clients. Yannick holds a Master's degree in Toegepaste Economische Wetenschappen from the University of Antwerp, completed in 2009.
