Charlie Arbing has extensive experience in the real estate and construction sectors, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Boot Barn since March 2020, where responsibilities include overseeing real estate and construction operations. Previous roles at Starbucks spanned from October 2013 to March 2020, culminating in a directorial position. Earlier experience includes serving as Market Director of Real Estate at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Area Director for Retail Resource Group. Additionally, Charlie held the role of Director and Limited Partner in Retail Development at Village Properties and was Director of Acquisitions & Development at KZ Companies, LLC.
