Michelle Malonzo

Michelle Malonzo has a diverse work experience spanning from 2001 to the present. Michelle started their career as an Executive Assistant and Marketing Manager at Gabor Trading Inc, where they handled office functions and the sales and promotion of the TALBOS Health & Beauty Line. Michelle then joined kgb in 2004, initially as a Team Leader and later as a Team Manager. In 2008, Michelle became an Assistant Call Center Manager for various departments within kgb, including kgbdeals, 118118, and Food CRM. Michelle managed operations, budgets, and a large team of customer service representatives. In 2013, Michelle transitioned to Booth & Partners as the Global Operations Manager, responsible for overseeing operations and ensuring key performance indicators were met. Michelle then became the Chief of Staff in January 2020, where they focused on building and engaging a dynamic team and playing a critical role in the company's key growth initiatives.

Michelle Malonzo has obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication from the University of the Philippines. Michelle also has additional certifications as a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from Six Sigma PH, which they earned in October 2017, and as a Certified Team Manager from kgb, obtained in 2008.
