Simon Lenehan currently serves as the Retail Stores Excellence Manager at Boots Hearingcare, where responsibilities include managing a team of approximately 30 professionals across multiple locations since August 2014. Previously, Simon held various roles at Amplifon from June 2003 to August 2014, including Hearing Aid Audiologist and Branch Manager, where operational excellence and revenue growth were key achievements. Additionally, as a District Manager for 16 stores in NW England, Simon acted as a critical communication link between senior management and store operations. Simon's academic background includes education from Our Lady's RC High School in Preston.
