Emma began their career at Thomas Cook in 1994, where they worked as a Talent Programmes Manager for more than 23 years. In 2017, they transitioned to Boots UK, where they held various roles including Senior Early Careers and Education Manager, Senior Manager for Talent, Employability & Future Skills, and currently Head of Talent, Leadership & Engagement. Throughout their career, Emma has demonstrated expertise in nurturing talent and fostering growth within organizations.
Emma Metcalf obtained a Diploma of Education Level 7 in Strategic Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute. Emma also completed an Executive MBA/Senior Leaders Master's Degree Apprenticeship in Business Administration and Management from Nottingham Business School, Nottingham Trent University. In 2023, they received the accreditation of a Chartered Manager from the Chartered Management Institute.
