Vytautas Verseckas has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Vytautas worked as a Team Lead and Back-end Developer at Boozt and Boozt Technology Baltics from 2018 to the present. Previously, they were the Director and Shareholder at APPSTU and an undisclosed company. From 2009 to 2014, they served as an IT Manager at Lotto Baltica, where they led the development of gaming projects and managed external contractors and in-house developers. Prior to that, they were involved in project management and sales at Laverdi and worked as a Freelance Programmer. Vytautas also gained experience as a Microsoft education technology advisor and Chief Specialist at the Centre of Information Technologies of Education.
Vytautas Verseckas obtained a MSc degree in Computer aided modelling from Vilnius University in 2005. Vytautas previously completed a BSc degree in Computer Science from Vytautas Magnus University in 2003. Prior to their university education, Vytautas attended Kuršėnų Lauryno Ivinskio gimnazija from 1988 to 1999, where they received a Secondary Education. Additionally, Vytautas has obtained various certifications, including edX Verified Certificates for Computing in Python III: Data Structures and Computing in Python IV: Objects & Algorithms from edX in 2020, as well as a certification in Neural Networks and Deep Learning from deeplearning.ai in 2020.

Our systems are built in close collaboration with business specialists and based on open technologies such as PHP, Symfony, MySQL, Javascript, React.js, Swift, Kotlin that are managed with top-of-the-shelf orchestration tools such as Jenkins, Terraform, Chef, DataDog. We are open to implementing any new technology if this is the best way to solve the problem. Central to our culture is the ‘care-why’ mindset. It is not only about knowing but also caring.
