Johan van der Schaaf is a Project Manager at Bopinc since September 2019, where Johan worked on a project targeting low-income consumers in Nairobi. Johan is also a co-founder of Mindsweepers, a consultancy offering creative design workshops, and KARABAI, a company that transforms old kerosene lanterns into high-end electrical lamps. Moreover, Johan has experience as a Design Strategist at The Lumen Project in Tanzania and as a Student Assistant Counselor at Technische Universiteit Delft. Johan holds a Master's degree in Strategic Product Design from Delft University of Technology and has a background in Systems Engineering and Engineering Management from the University of Twente.
