Kara Mack is an accomplished educator and creative professional with extensive experience in dance and the arts. Currently serving as a lecturer at UC San Diego, Kara teaches dance in the Theater and Dance Department. As the CEO and founder of Africa In America, Kara promotes African music and dance, connecting cultural expressions from various regions. With a longstanding affiliation with SAG-AFTRA, Kara engages in multiple roles including writer, choreographer, and performer. Additional experience includes consulting for Bopsidy, serving as an adjunct professor at Hussian College, and directing a dance program at Alabama State University.
