Andrej Rakow

Andrej Rakow is an experienced professional in strategy and mergers & acquisitions, currently serving in the Strategy, M&A division at Boral since September 2023. Prior roles include Head of M&A and Innovation at Cleanaway Waste Management, as well as managerial positions in strategy and M&A. Andrej has held senior associate roles in corporate and investment banking at Nedbank and Credit Suisse, and began their career in corporate finance and auditing with firms such as African Alliance, PwC South Africa, and KPMG. Educational qualifications include a BCom Accounting (Hons) degree from the University of Johannesburg.
