Ben Martin has a diverse work experience in the field of design and user experience. Ben has held various roles, including Head of User Experience Design at Bord Gáis Energy since 2018, Lead User Experience Designer at Verizon Connect from 2016 to 2018, and Lead Design Architect at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt from 2013 to 2016. Additionally, Ben has worked as a Media Designer/Developer at Isometric Shadows (Freelance) from 2002 to 2014, an Interaction Designer and User Interface Designer at All In Media (AIM) from 2010 to 2014, and a Freelance Interactive Designer at PostPoint from 2008 to 2013. Ben also served as a Lecturer in Multimedia at the Institute of Technology Tralee from 2008 to 2013. Earlier in their career, Ben worked as a Multimedia Designer at Javelin/Young & Rubicam from 2001 to 2007, a Design Consultant at O2 Ireland in 2002, and a Web Designer at Esat Fusion (BT Ireland) from 2001 to 2002.
Ben Martin completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Interactive Multimedia at Munster Technological University from 2003 to 2007. Ben then pursued a Master of Science degree in Interactive Media at the University of Limerick from 2007 to 2008.
