Ayush Mathur

Ayush Mathur is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in the hospitality and business development sectors. Currently serving as Co-Founder at BorderPlus since January 2025, Ayush previously held various senior roles at OYO, including President at OYO Europe and Global Chief Business Development Officer, from November 2014 to October 2024. Ayush also served as Managing Director at multiple companies, including DanCenter A/S, Traum-Ferienwohnungen GmbH, and Belvilla from August 2021 to September 2024. Prior to these roles, Ayush was Head of Business Strategy at Max Ventures & Industries Limited and worked in community operations at Meta. A Principal at The Parthenon Group, Ayush contributed to over 20 advisory assignments across multiple countries. Ayush holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
