Albert Shen

Albert Shen has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Albert co-founded and served as CEO of BorderX Lab, a company focused on cross-border e-commerce, logistics, payment, and marketing. Prior to that, they co-founded and served as CTO of iPinYou, a leading data-driven display advertising platform in China. Albert also worked as a Data Scientist at BlueKai and as a Software Engineer at Google, where they worked on personalized search and search quality evaluation. Additionally, they have research intern experience at IBM T. J. Watson Research Center and Microsoft Research, Redmond.

Albert Shen earned their Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they studied from 2001 to 2007.
