Eric Jiawei He

Eric Jiawei Eric Jiawei is a highly experienced professional in the field of machine learning and research. With a tenure at Borealis AI since October 2019, Eric holds multiple roles, including Research Director, Machine Learning Research Team Lead, Technical Lead, and has previously worked as a Machine Learning Researcher and Research Engineer. Eric's academic qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Computer Science from Simon Fraser University and a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Information Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore. Eric also earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Zhejiang University. Prior to the current position, Eric completed research internships at Borealis AI and Disney Research, and accumulated experience at Simon Fraser University between September 2015 and January 2020.
