Andreas Nagl

Andreas Nagl is a Senior Scientist I at Borealis, where since November 2019, R&D efforts focus on plastic waste feedstock for mechanical and chemical recycling, alongside responsibilities as a Feedstock Specialist in the Circular Economy Solutions Studio. Prior to this, Andreas served as a PhD student and researcher from October 2015 to May 2019 at Technische Universität Wien in Prof. Föttinger's Group, specializing in Applied Catalysis. Educational background includes a Dr. techn. in Technical Chemistry, an MSc in Technical Chemistry, and a BSc in Technical Chemistry, all obtained from Technische Universität Wien between 2008 and 2019. Previous experience includes a Master thesis at Rijksuniversiteit Groningen, student employment at Chemcon Technisches Büro für technische Chemie GmbH, and various roles at Technische Universität Wien, Gdańsk University of Technology, and IFA Tulln.
