Romualdo Tavares is an experienced professional in the textile industry, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Europe at Borgstena Textile Portugal since September 2012, where responsibilities include overseeing Process Engineering, Lean & Continuous Improvements, and Maintenance Departments. Prior to this role, Romualdo held positions as Operational Manager at Hutchinson from April 2008 to August 2012 and as Responsável Produção (UAP) at Borgstena Textile Portugal from April 2006 to April 2008, where expertise was developed in production management. Romualdo holds a degree in Textile Engineering from Universidade da Beira Interior.
