Blake Engholm

Blake Engholm is a seasoned industrial engineer with extensive experience in production and operations management. Currently serving as a Senior Pre-Production Industrial Engineer at BorgWarner Inc. since July 2021, Blake previously held roles at The Okonite Company as a Senior Industrial Engineer, where responsibilities included detailed utilization analysis for multiple production lines. Prior to this, Blake worked at Airgas, first as Production Manager overseeing facility operations and later as SAP Inventory Manager managing significant inventory levels. Early career experiences include an Operations Management Trainee role that developed management skills and a Senior Capstone Project at DB Schenker focused on process improvements. Blake holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University.
