Deepa Susan Rajan

Deepa Susan Rajan is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in software engineering and technical leadership. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager and Senior Technical Leader at BorgWarner since August 2018, Deepa has previously held senior roles at Delphi Technologies from 2009 to 2018, contributing as a Senior Technical Lead, Technical Lead, and Senior Software Engineer. Early career experience includes a Software Engineer position at Continental and software engineering roles at Synergy Infotech and the National Institute of Technology Calicut, where Deepa also served as an Adhoc Lecturer. Deepa holds a Master's degree in Embedded Systems from Oakland University and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the College of Engineering Trivandrum.
