Holger Dilchert

Holger Dilchert has extensive experience in sales leadership within the automotive sector. Currently serving as Head of Sales On-Highway at BorgWarner since May 2022, Holger manages a team focused on high-performance lithium-ion battery systems for on-highway customers. Additionally, Holger holds the same position at AKASOL since January 2021, where reporting is directly to the CEO. Previously, Holger worked at Bosch from April 2006 to December 2020, progressing through roles including Senior Manager for Global Sales Powertrain Solutions and Global Sales & Key Account Manager for Mobility Services. Holger's career began at Siemens VDO Automotive as a Development Engineer from October 2001 to March 2006. Holger earned a Diplom-Ingenieur in Maschinenbau - Kraftfahrzeugtechnik from Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences and completed coursework at Old Dominion University in 2000.
