Terry Hill

Terry Hill is an accomplished tax professional with extensive experience in corporate tax strategy and management. Currently serving as Vice President of Tax at BorgWarner Inc. since November 2021, Terry's prior roles at Aptiv included Vice President of Strategic Tax Initiatives and various executive director positions focusing on global M&A and tax structure across different regions. Terry's earlier career at EY spanned nearly a decade, concluding as Tax Director, with roles that included senior tax management and advisory. Terry holds a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Bristol, attained in 2003, and completed high school education at Newquay Tretherras in 1999.
