Throughout a career spanning over 15 years, Trang has managed test processes, created test plans, and led testing teams at companies such as FPT Software and Cargo-Vtrac, demonstrating expertise in both software quality assurance and project management. With a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Trang has developed skills in integration testing, risk management, and KPI monitoring across diverse projects in embedded systems and software applications.
