Cedric Ballarin has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and industries. Cedric currently holds the position of Executive Vice President at Bosal, where they are responsible for the full P&L of the new Energy Division, focusing on state-of-the-art energy conversion modules and solutions. Prior to this role, Cedric served as the Vice President of Sales Americas at Bosal, where they managed all commercial automotive activities and was responsible for $120M in annual P&L in Emission Control Systems.
Before joining Bosal, Cedric held various leadership positions. Cedric served as the President of the French-American Chamber of Commerce - Michigan Chapter, where they promoted and fostered business relationships between French and American companies. In this role, they increased membership by 50% and cash on hand by 60%.
Cedric also worked as the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Ascencioné, where they developed and implemented business growth strategies for automotive applications. Additionally, they served as the President of North America at FNK and held Vice-President roles at Faurecia Automotive Seating, where they focused on program management, customer satisfaction, and developing commercial strategies.

Cedric Ballarin completed their Master Degree in Management from SKEMA Business School from 1990 to 1993. In 2012, they also attended the Faurecia Global Leadership II course at IESE Business School. Additionally, in 2017, Cedric participated in the Faurecia Ignite Training Program at London Business School, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General.
