Rajkumar Bonam (Raj) has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Rajkumar is currently the Vice President and Global HR Head at Bosch Global Software Technologies (BGSW), where they lead the HR function for a $1.6 billion business with a global footprint. Prior to this, Raj worked at Wipro Limited as the General Manager and Global HR Head for Wipro Technologies, responsible for a $1.2 billion business. Rajkumar has also held leadership positions at Lenovo, Nokia, Schneider Electric, Tata Motors, Usha Martin Limited, Britannia Industries Limited, and Sanofi. Raj has extensive experience in driving people strategy, managing global HR projects, and partnering with senior leaders across various business units and regions.
Rajkumar Bonam (Raj) has a comprehensive educational background in human resources and sciences. Rajkumar obtained an Executive HR Diploma from the Helsinki School of Economics (HSE, Europe) in 2011, focusing on strategic HR leadership for mid to senior-level HR professionals with 10 years of experience. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management at the Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management from 1998 to 2000. Raj also holds a Bachelors Degree in Sciences from the Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning, which they completed from 1993 to 1996. Rajkumar received their primary and secondary education at Kendriya Vidyalaya, specializing in sciences, from 1981 to 1993. In addition to their formal education, Raj has obtained various certifications related to HR and leadership skills from institutions such as SHL & Nokia and Thomas & Nokia.
