Soj Thomas has extensive work experience in the engineering and software development field. Soj started their career at Satyam Computer Services Ltd. in 1997 as a Senior Software Engineer. In 2001, they joined Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions as an Architect, where they worked on various projects and developed expertise in product prototyping, concept development, and technical career mentoring. From 2008 to 2013, they held the position of Lead Architect, overseeing competency development projects and providing consultancy services. In 2013, they were promoted to Chief Expert, and in 2020, they became the Head of Engineering at Bosch.
Soj Thomas attended the College of Engineering Trivandrum from 1994 to 1997, studying Computer Science.
