Previously, Rob held the position of Global Product Manager, driving the introduction of new surveillance cameras and managing the product lifecycle, while ensuring collaboration across various disciplines and implementing continuous improvement processes. Early career experience includes project management roles at Efteling, research positions at Unilever and Innovation Factory, as well as management trainee positions in Portugal and the Netherlands. Rob holds a Master's degree in Innovation Management from Eindhoven University of Technology and has completed additional studies in Industrial Engineering.
