Joe Wuelfing

Joe Wuelfing is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in corporate communications, internal engagement, and marketing strategy. Currently serving as a Senior Corporate Communications Specialist at Bosch since January 2024, Joe is responsible for managing the communication strategy at the Roseville plant, contributing to improvements in employee engagement and collaboration. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Internal Communications at Samsara, where Joe played a key role in enhancing company culture and employee experience, and Director of Strategic Marketing & Communications at BlastX Consulting, overseeing comprehensive marketing strategies. Joe’s career spans various capacities in multiple organizations, including significant contributions at Kleinfelder, Joe Wuelfing Communications, PRIDE Industries, Cirrus Logic, PeopleSoft, Ultradata, and Chevron. A graduate of Notre Dame de Namur University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Joe has demonstrated expertise in shaping corporate narratives and driving organizational success through effective communication strategies.
