Ted Archer

Ted Archer, P.Eng., currently serves as the Manager of Engineering & Facilities and Engineering Program Manager at Bosco and Roxy's since June 2020. Prior experience includes leading operations engineering at SLEEGERS Engineered Products from May 2014 to June 2020, where Ted Archer successfully directed process improvement initiatives, developed R&D testing methods, and ensured health and safety compliance. Earlier roles as a Sales Engineer at HTS Engineering and Facilities Engineering Student at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada provided valuable experience in thermodynamic calculations, project management, and process monitoring. Ted Archer's career began with co-op positions at Suncor Energy and Collins-Ferrera Engineering, contributing to plant modifications and gaining insights into HVAC systems. Ted Archer holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo, completed in 2014.
