Bryan Romas

Bryan Romas is an experienced data scientist with a strong background in natural language processing and generative AI, currently serving as a team lead at Bose Corporation. Prior roles include positions at PerkinElmer, where significant cost savings were identified through metrics analysis, and The University of Texas at Austin, where a BERT-based classifier for COVID-related content was developed. Bryan has also contributed to academia as an instructional aide and graduate student instructor at the University of Michigan. Earlier career experiences span project management and consultancy roles at Bluewolf and Hult International Business School, as well as teaching English and IT with the Peace Corps.
