Melissa Pickering

Melissa Pickering currently serves as Senior Director of Product and Design for Premium Consumer Audio at Bose Corporation, where leadership has expanded to include product innovation and design teams, focusing on user-centered experiences and business growth. Previously, Melissa held the position of Vice President of Product at Willow Innovations, Inc., defining product strategy and leading a cross-functional team. Earlier experience includes significant roles at the LEGO Group, overseeing product portfolios for LEGO Education and interactive play franchises, and founding a startup, iCreate to Educate, which was recognized for innovative educational products.
