Additionally, Randy has managed business development and sales in the Permian Basin as a Regional Business Manager and has developed field operations for water treatment in the same region as a Regional Director of Operations. Prior to this, Randy was an Independent Business Owner at 4C Development, focusing on automation design and fabrication, and served as Branch Manager at Texas Energy Control Products, Inc., where Randy managed sales, distribution, and manufacturing operations.
