Huong Do

Huong Do has a diverse range of work experience. Huong started their career as an Instructor at Langmaster JSC in 2014, where they compiled teaching materials and supported students in their English classes. Huong then served as a Teaching Assistant at Pasal International JSC in 2015, where they prepared teaching materials and guided students to improve their English skills.

In 2016, Huong worked as an Intern at the Vietnam National Hospital of Pediatrics before transitioning to a role as an HR Assistant at Pasal International JSC, where they scheduled meetings, interviews, and events, as well as produced recruitment advertisements to attract prospective candidates.

In 2017, Huong became an Assistant Psychologist at Vinmec Healthcare System, where they organized skills training sessions, administered psychological tests, and scheduled therapy sessions for autistic children. In 2019, they worked as a Research Assistant at Ludwig-Maximilians Universität München, where they assisted in a meta-analysis and analyzed data on simulation-based methods in medical education.

Huong continued their research work as a Research Assistant at TUM School of Management from 2019 to 2020. In this role, they prepared reports, generated items for questionnaires, and collected data for evaluation schemes in the Executive MBA program.

From 2020 to 2021, Huong worked as a Diversity and Inclusion Intern at Allianz, where they managed a parental leave project, designed digital content, and contributed to inclusion training materials.

In 2021, Huong joined G-College as a Product Developer, where they worked on product development. Huong then moved on to their current position as a Team Lead - Commercial Project Management at Bossert Associates.

Throughout their career, Huong has showcased their abilities in research, training, project management, and HR, demonstrating their versatility and adaptability in various roles and industries.

Huong Do pursued their education in a chronological order, starting with their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Vietnam National University, Hanoi. Huong attended this institution from 2012 to 2016. After completing their undergraduate studies, Huong went on to pursue a Master of Science degree in Learning Sciences at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München. This program lasted from 2017 to 2021. In addition to their formal education, Huong obtained a certification in "The Future of Workplace Learning" from LinkedIn in February 2021.
