Tom Mogan

Tom Mogan currently serves as the Associate Dean of the Morrissey College of Arts and Sciences at Boston College, a position held since 2015, where responsibilities include instructing courses in the Courage to Know and the Cornerstone Program. Previously, Mogan worked at Villanova University from January 1995 to January 2015 in several roles, including Associate Vice President for Student Engagement and Formation, Associate Vice President and Dean of Students, and Director of the Office of Student Development, while also serving as an adjunct faculty member in the Department of History. Mogan has expertise in U.S. Sports History, Global Sports History, Latin American History, and Core Humanities Seminar topics. Mogan holds a PhD in History from Temple University, an MA in History from Villanova University, an MA in Educational Administration from Florida State University, and a BA in Political Science and History from the University of Delaware.
