James Durkin

James Durkin serves as the Global Head of Talent at Boston Dynamics, leading global recruiting and learning and development initiatives since 2021. Prior to this role, Durkin was the Global Head of Talent Attraction at Mercury Systems from 2018 to September 2021. Durkin's experience at Philips (2010-2018) includes various positions such as Senior Manager of Recruiting for the Americas and Senior Sales Recruitment Manager for the North East US, focusing on talent acquisition for Philips Healthcare. Earlier in the career, Durkin worked at Lighthouse Professional Services (2006-2010) as an Account Manager, specializing in the recruitment of engineers for civil and government industries. James Durkin holds a BS in Political Science from both PennWest Clarion and Western New England University, as well as an MBA in Organizational Development from Southern New Hampshire University.
