Kate Finnerty

Kate Finnerty is a Graduate Research Fellow and Graduate Teaching Fellow at Boston University, where responsibilities include serving as the Instructor of Record for courses in Complex Analysis and Differential Equations, as well as teaching various calculus courses. Prior experience includes a Director role at Kantar, leading a team of analysts and developing data strategies, and an Analyst position at Kantar Consulting, where statistical analyses drove growth insights for Consumer Packaged Goods. Kate began her career with an internship at Kantar Consulting and has also served as a Math Fellow at Amherst College and a Data Science Researcher at Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Kate holds a PhD in Mathematics from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts with Distinction in Mathematics and Asian Languages and Civilizations from Amherst College.
