Monty Elkins has experience in various management positions in the retail industry, including roles at Ace Hardware Corporation, Lowe's Home Improvement, Circuit City Stores, and Family Toy Stores. Currently working as a Lean Facilitator at Boston Whaler, responsible for implementing Lean initiatives to improve productivity and eliminate waste. Extensive experience in store management, customer service, and field service management. Holds an Associate degree in Management/Accounting from West Virginia State University.
