Erroleen Santos has a diverse work experience starting as a Student Intern at Reyes Tacandong & Co. in 2012. Erroleen then moved on to serve as an Apprentice at Petron Corporation in 2013. Following that, they transitioned to the role of Junior Gaming Auditor at Solaire Resort and Casino in 2013, eventually becoming a Senior Gaming Auditor from 2015 to 2018. In 2019, Erroleen joined Botkeeper as a Senior Accountant II and progressed to the role of Accounting Expert, then further advanced to the position of Accounting Expert Lead in 2022.
Erroleen Santos received their Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Colegio de San Juan de Letran - Bataan in 2012. Erroleen also obtained a Certified Public Accountant certification from the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants in March 2012. In 2020, they achieved the QuickBooks Online Advanced Certification from QuickBooks Online, Cloud Accounting System.
