Silvia Cusinato

Silvia Cusinato is an experienced professional with a strong background in learning and people engagement, currently serving as the Learning and People Engagement Manager at Bottega Veneta since November 2008. In this role, Silvia directly reports to the Global Head of Learning&Development, overseeing corporate learning programs aligned with Kering Group and brand priorities. Silvia's responsibilities also include developing tailored learning opportunities for industrial operations teams. Prior to Bottega Veneta, Silvia held various positions at Trend Group spa from 2005 to 2006, including Business Travel & Welfare Manager and People Engagement & Training Coordinator, as well as roles in finance and international partnerships at UNIDO and Credito Cooperativo Alto Vicentino. Silvia holds a diploma from the EEC - Scuola Europea di Coaching as part of the ACTP program by the International Coach Federation and additional educational credentials from SDA Bocconi and Università degli Studi di Trieste.
