Jess Dees is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data and operations within the legal and financial sectors. Currently at Bottle Rocket since October 2016, Jess has held multiple roles, including Data & Operations Specialist, Senior Data & Operations Lead, and Senior Finance & Operations Analyst, focusing on internal data reporting and operational improvements. Prior to this, Jess served as Chief Wordsmith at Dees Law, PLLC, providing motion practice and appellate support to litigators, and as a Briefing Attorney at Sommerman McCaffity & Quesada, handling correspondence and motions throughout various litigation stages. Jess holds a Juris Doctor degree from Baylor University School of Law, acquired from 2012 to 2015.
