Previous roles include System Application Analyst at Level 3, where Chris managed ticketing systems and handled telecommunications adjuncts, and positions at Avaya as a Post Sales Engineer and Messaging Engineer, providing Tier 3 support for various voice messaging products. Chris holds a Master's degree in Telecommunications from the University of Denver and a Bachelor's degree in History from Colorado State University.
