Oliver Baez Bendorf

Oliver Baez Bendorf is an award-winning book author with a robust background in poetry and creative writing education. Since January 2015, Oliver has published multiple acclaimed poetry collections and peer-reviewed creative works. Currently serving as poetry faculty in the MFA Program for Writers at Warren Wilson College, Oliver also has experience as a library technician focusing on children's and teen services at Longmont Public Library. Previous roles include assistant professor at Kalamazoo College, postgraduate fellow at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and various positions supporting digital libraries and education. Oliver holds an MFA in Creative Writing and an M.A. in Library and Information Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, along with a B.A. in English from the University of Iowa.
