Orr Shilon

Orr Shilon currently serves as VP R&D and Head of Engineering at Bounce since January 2023. Previously, Orr Shilon held various roles at Lemonade from November 2019 to January 2023, including Staff Software Engineer and ML Engineering Team Lead, where responsibilities encompassed technical vision, team building, and scaling a machine learning platform. Prior experience includes positions as a Software Engineer at Twiggle, Varonis, and Intel Corporation, as well as a web developer at Upsite LTD during high school. Orr Shilon's foundational military service was with the Israel Defense Forces from January 2008 to December 2011. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Psychology from Tel Aviv University (2013-2016).
