Tim Smith

Tim Smith is an accomplished sales executive with extensive experience in driving growth and strategic initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Sales at Bounce since June 2025, Tim leads the Go-To-Market strategy focused on growth, partnerships, and brand expansion in the digital collections space. Prior to this role, Tim held several senior positions, including Senior Vice President of Business Development at Firstsource, Chief Sales Officer at Empereon-Constar, and Senior Vice President of Sales at TSI - A Transworld Systems Company. Tim's earlier experience includes serving as Administrative Vice President at M&T Bank, where collections strategies for Business Banking and Consumer Lending were managed. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics & Finance from Buffalo State University and a degree in Finance from Canisius University.
