Ronny Waage

Ronny Waage serves as the Sales Director for Asia at bound4blue since June 2025 and has been a Board Member of the Norwegian Business Association Singapore (NBAS) since March 2020. With extensive experience in the maritime and energy sectors, Ronny held positions such as Global Sales Director at ZERO44 and Partner & Director at Heron Advisory, advising technology companies on commercialization and transformation. Additional roles include Committee Member at the Singapore Shipping Association and Regional Manager & Vice President of Sales & BD for Asia-Pacific at ScanReach. Ronny's engagement in the startup ecosystem includes acting as a Venture Partner with Betatron Venture Group and mentoring startups through Katapult Ocean. Educational background includes advanced degrees in Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics and international management studies from CEMS.
